The BeKind Foundation, its mobile application and closed token exchange system (token called “DonorDollar”) collectively herein referred to as the BeKind ecosystem.  The ecosystem is a closed system and architected to facilitate the exchange  of DonorDollars, giving, gifting, or playing for DonorDollars, and their redemption for a donation to vetted charities by the Foundation’s gifting partner  At launch Donor Dollars are free and the Bekind Foundation will carry a current registry of all gifts placed by its members. In the future the BeKind Foundation will seek a substantial donation from a bank or other partner which will be used to back the token and backed by US Currency. At this point, the BeKind Foundation will convert all member donations in the registry to real dollar value and process these donations as requested by our members. All other DonorDollars in the wallets of our members will immediately be given their proportionate US Dollar value and we will convert the business model where members purchase DonorDollars from our application. At this time they will no longer be free.

Ath this time, users understand and agree that when DonorDollars are purchased monies may be registered as a donation to the BeKind Foundation, 501 (c)(3) charity.  However, when DonorDollars are redeemed and a Charity is chosen and the gift is made, the user will not receive a tax deduction.  The BeKind Foundation at the time of redemption will serve as the pass-through entity to retire the DonorDollars and transfer money net of fees through API to the charity chosen by the User.  The BeKind Foundation will provide the user a record of the purchase but does not guarantee how these monies will be treated by the governing tax body and the User agrees to hold the BeKind Foundation and, and their officers, directors and employees and contracting entities harmless for all possible claims, demands, or causes of action associated with the purchase, gifting, playing for, exchange of DonorDollars between users.  Once a DonorDollar is gifted, transferred to another user or redeemed, the gifting user will lose all rights to redeem these DonorDollars, and to whom the gift may be given to.  The gifting user agrees to hold harmless the BeKind Foundation and and their officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors to the BeKind Foundation for all matters related to the redemption and charities which have been chosen and donated to.

Message from our Principal Trustee

The DonorDollars initiative aims to foster a community around a charitable token. As of now, these tokens are available to add to your wallet at no cost, offering three primary functionalities:

  1. Gifting: DonorDollars can be easily gifted to another individual for any reason through the Be-Kind App.
  2. Gaming Integration: They can be utilized and played for in video games that support the DonorDollars API. The goal is to integrate this token into numerous games, and those interested in doing so can reach out to us via
  3. Charitable Donations: Users can post their DonorDollars gifts to over a million 5013c charities in the app’s database via the Giving Registry.

As the community grows, individuals will continue to receive tokens for free, enabling them to send gifts to friends or charities, play games at no cost, and contribute to charities through the Giving Registry, all facilitated by the Be-Kind App. Future plans include tying the tokens’ value to a donor partnership. This initiative intends to secure the value of each token in circulation, thereby establishing a system where Donor Tokens will hold a dollar value. New tokens can then be purchased through credit card or PayPal.

The overarching message of the initiative is to “Play for your Passion,” aiming to create a community of generous gamers and kind-hearted individuals.
